Last year, Jauz vowed to remix the viral children’s song “Baby Shark” if he received 20,000 retweets. Yesterday at Coachella, he finally revealed the remix in all its glory and it’s already one of our favorite Coachella moments ever.

It’s not a particularly complex remix, and it bears a lot of resemblance to his material from The Wise and The Wicked, but it’s also easily one of the catchiest remixes we’ve heard if only because it samples “Baby Shark.” Though we were surprised to hear it so early in his set, only about 10 tracks in, we were excited to hear it nonetheless.

Jauz kept things going by editing the “do do do” from “Baby Shark” into the melody from “Sandstorm,” and from there the party got even better. Check out that clip below, as well.

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
