The latest record from Italian dance act Marnik is released today, and we’re premiering it right here. The pairing has had hits with the likes of Steve Aoki and Don Diablo previously, and recently went viral with ‘Gam Gam’  over 6.5 million Spotify streams).

They have something special ready with ‘Up & Down.’ Designed to make listeners think, it features vocals sung by children and a singsong vibe that offsets the serious message of the track. It captures pop and dance themes with a refreshing edge, and Marnik says: “Up & Down is a very special song to us… With this song we wanted to share with the audience something different to what we used to do in the past, and show the kind of artists we really are.”

Why not pick up a copy of ‘Up & Down’ here if you’re feeling it.

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
