'Orange is the New Black' actress Yael Stone accuses Geoffrey Rush of inappropriate behavior

Orange Is The New Black star Yael Stone is the latest person to accuse actor Geoffrey Rush of sexual misconduct.

The allegations came to light in the New York Times, where Stone said Rush sent her "occasionally vulgar" messages and that there were "strange intimacies in the dressing room" when they appeared together in the 2010 production of The Diary of a Madman.

There was also an incident in which Rush held a mirror above the shared dressing room's shower, while Stone was inside.

"I remember I looked up to see there was a small shaving mirror over the top of the partition between the showers and he was using it to look down at my naked body," she told the newspaper. Read more...

Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
