Rapper Loon Arrested In L.A. Stabbing

Rapper Loon and two other men were arrested in connection with the stabbing of a security guard outside a Los Angeles nightclub, authorities said. Loon was arrested and booked Friday for investigation of assault with a deadly weapon. He posted $1 million bail and awaits arraignment.

The 28-year-old artist, whose real name is Chauncey Hawkins, is signed to P. Diddy's Bad Boy label. His self-titled debut was issued last year.

Authorities said the security guard was stabbed early Friday outside the House of Blues in West Hollywood after he refused to let the three men into a party for rap act Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz.

I don't understand how someone would stab a man for not allowing him to enter a club. There was probably something else in the works of that situation.
