Ladies and Gentlemen, I welcome Michael Vick to the forum...
He has asked that all cat fights take place underground so
that he doesnt get caught this time around. All bets will be
placed 5 minutes before the start of the fight. Losing cats
will be hung AND electrocuted.

That is indeed the wrong answer!
Of the movies I have seen this year only 300 would rank higher.

We can't forget that Nirvana wasn't the only Grunge band coming out of the Northwest at the time...
There were bands such as Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, The Melvins and more.
I will forever be a fan of Nevermind and of Nirvana's, though In Utero is probably my favorite.

Vick has all this talent and it's going to waste.
He never lived up to his potential in the NFL
and his actions outside the NFL have tainted his
name beyond repair. As a former fan (VA Tech days)
its pains me to say it, but good riddance!!
He needs to be banned from the NFL and he
need to do like his brother and do a little jail time
for being an idiot.

I recently watched the movie Thr3e and I must say that I was impressed.
I was kept guessing until the end when usually I find out a movie fairly quick.
I highly recommend you rent/purchase this movie ASAP.

Hello fellow BeatKing'ers!!
My name is Matt and I am new to the BeatKing community.
I am an avid music fan and an amateur writer.
As you will learn, I have no writing skills what so ever.
Rather I have a passion to put words on paper, or in this case
the screen. I hope that you will all find the time to read what I
have to say, and will frequent my blog. The link is below.
I have been a huge music fan for well over 20 years; since I was 3
and grooving to Born In The USA by Bruce Springstein.
I followed rock for most of my childhood and was introduced to
Metal at the age of 12(ish). Well, nu-metal really. A friend of mine
was into Coal Chamber and I heard it one day and got hooked.
Since then my tastes have grown heavier and heavier, though I
still listen to all music.
I hope that I will be able to use this site, and my blog, to gain valuable
experience and to receive constructive criticism. In my free time I work
as part of Roadrunner's E-Team so I will be doing a lot of work with that
label. I will also be working with new, less well know bands, helping to
get the word out. Join me in my quest, I need everyone's help. Know an
album that people should know about but dont want to write a review?
Let me know, I will, regardless of genre. Know a band that is breaking
new ground and needs to be heard about? Tell me about them, I will
spread the news. I am here to help, to write! I will post some links below,
be in touch.

First off I must say that I am a fan of Metal above all other music genres.
95% or more of my suggested music will be from that genre and its sub-genres.
Just so you know!
And now, might I suggest you check out the following two bands-
Hollis Hurst
and
2 Cents
Both have found me via myspace and directed me to their sites. I must say
that I am a fan of both and have albums from both bands. I have seen 2 Cents
live and I must tell you, I give props to the lead singer/drummer. That can't
be easy.
