n thursday the 4th of december at 1.45 am Channel 4 screens 'No Pies for 200 Yards' - a film about Mr Scruff. Combining original animation with all-access documentary footage, 'No Pies for 200 Yards' profiles the self-deprecating Mancunian DJ phenomenon during a tour earlier this year. Gilles Peterson, Alexis Petridis and the Fun Lovin' Criminals appear in a film that flips from a VW bug ball in Cornwall to the Stockport Viaduct to an amusing backstage encounter with an indignant West Country rave dancer.

CD Baby says it's struck a deal with Tower Records under which the latter's online commerce site will offer CD Baby's 50,000 independent titles, making Tower.com the largest retailer of independent music on the web.
"Many amazing artists are shunning record labels, choosing to self-release their music directly to fans," says CD Baby president and owner Derek Sivers.
"By going through CD Baby and now Tower, their music is getting the distribution it deserves, while still leaving the musician in control of their work."

yea k-meleon is my favourite (and mostly used) browser, i definatly recommmend this if you want a simple fast browser, by far the fastest browser but sometimes certain pages wont load meaning id have to go to the dark side and use.....IE

yet another long and boring review on pitchforkmedia, to be honest i cant be bothered reading the war and peace style review so im not to sure what it says about the album. But i found this album o.k nothing to special, its interesting though with its computery synths and its glitchy sounds.
