  1. Them is some pretty fierce words dude, lots of UN's in there. I do not understand how do you guys figure that is it ok to break the law even while at a peaceable protest which we still have the right to. The excerpt from the act clearly states that it would apply if they break a security perimiter at a national event. I seriously do not see how this infringes against our rights under the constitution in any single way. If anything, it protects us from the eliminating the possibility of a terrorist attacking. I am glad they put this in there. No problem here they just raised the consequences for breaking the law. :shootin: :I gotta see this:
  2. Thanks bud, good to see you around. I have been lonely in here
  3. Thank you Wolfie I believe this to be mostly true except for the fact that they are still in the military and have sworn to defend the country at any price regardles of the cause... I also feel that regardless of what news the media feeds us is that most Iraqi's feel good towards the USA for being liberating them from Saddam. The few Iraq people I have seen interviewed say they respect our soldiers for what the have done there. They dont want the insurgency and suicide bombing any more than we do. I truly beleive there IS an end in sight and I as well as many others hope we leave Iraq in the next couple years.
  4. I feel that the men and women that have joined our military have done so by their own doing. It is very commendable in my eyes. I highly doubt that they are crying themselves to sleep. As far was the soldiers worrying about someone sneaking up on them welcome to WAR, it isn’t a country club. I also have an issue with the Cindy Sheehen’s(spelling)of the world who bitch and cry when their loved ones pay the ultimate sacrifice for their country. If you join the military then you should be aware of the possible results. There are obviously serious risks involved with defending a country at any caliber. I agree about the obvious decline in new enrollments to the armed forces for 2005. This year may see a turn around but who can forecast that. On a personal note regarding enlistment, I was prohibited from joining the army when I was 18 due to a blown out knee injury from wrestling in high school. They wouldn’t take me no matter how hard I pleaded with the recruiters. Funny thing is I now race offroad dirt bikes and beat the hell out of my body on a weekly basis go figure.
  5. http://www.herosalute.com/states/big_game_ad_Realhi.html Good stuff, kinda brought a tear to my eye first time I saw it. It sure makes me proud to be an American :good job: At least Anheuser-Busch spent some of my hard earned money that I spend on their products towards a good cause.
  6. Republicans or Democrats, it doesnt matter the corruption is still there. There was plenty of corruption within the Clinton administration, some forget that. As far as Bush's credentials were they aren't any better than Clinton, Gore, Kerry or even Reagan(Whom I deeply respected). Who knows what the next election will see from both sides but I am sure who ever is elected they wont be much better.
  7. I agree with you about the right to bash or not to bash Bush. Thankfully we have the brave American soldiers that continue to defend our rights on a daily basis so that we have that right and are entitled to our own opinions. This I totally disagree with I personally cannot even fathom that. Our military is the best in the world hands down. These bastards cant beat us on their soil let alone on ours regardless of their scare tactics. I dont mean to personally single you out by any means but this is the type thing that keeps our soldiers moral down....
  8. hey I didnt say it but there may be some truth to that Seriously though, I know we all are after the same results regardless of each others beliefs. I do wonder about the views of the hardcore extremists from either side though, its kind of scary.
  9. Sad news, They said today that they still havent found anything after completing the inital autopsy.
  10. You just need to give them instructions on how to do it first ;)
  11. On another note, if over half the country did vote for Bush, then what does that say about Democracy? I believe our constitution spells out democracy pretty clearly. Its funny how the liberals keep pushing their anti-Bush crap but yet the people of our great nation voted not once but Twice to elect him. Bush was the better choice of two evils when he ran against both Gore and Kerry. Are you trying to say that there is no corruption of any political leaders on the left? Anyway the world is going to be a real different place with Hamas in control. The last time I checked, Israel is still one of our allies and we will do what it takes to support them. Hamas brief timeline Here are the main events in the history of the Hamas movement: December 1987: First Palestinian uprising against Israeli occupation erupts, and Yassin founds Hamas as an Islamic resistance movement against Israel. 1988: Hamas publishes manifesto calling for "holy war" to create an Islamic state from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, including Israel, and challenging the Palestine Liberation Organization's claim as the sole representative of the Palestinian people. 1989: Hamas militants kill Israelis in dozens of shooting attacks; Israel outlaws Hamas as a terrorist organization. 1989: Israel imprisons Yassin. 1991: Hamas forms "Izzedine al-Qassam Brigades," its military wing, for attacks against Israelis. April 6, 1994: First Hamas car bombing kills eight in Israeli city of Afula. April 13, 1994: First Hamas suicide bombing kills five in Israeli city of Hadera. Oct. 19, 1994: Hamas suicide bomber blows up Tel Aviv bus, killing 22. February-March 1994: Hamas suicide bombers blow up two Jerusalem buses, killing 45. Jan. 6, 1996: Hamas master bombmaker Yehiyeh Ayyash killed in explosion, Israel held responsible. February to March 1996: 47 Israelis killed in three suicide attacks in retaliation for killing of Ayyash. September 1997: Yassin released from prison after botched Israeli attempt to kill Hamas leader in Jordan. September 2000: Second Palestinian uprising begins. June 1, 2001: Hamas suicide bomber blows up outside Tel Aviv disco, killing 21. Aug. 9, 2001: Hamas suicide bomber blows up Jerusalem restaurant, killing 15. March 27, 2002: Hamas bomber blows up Netanya hotel, killing 29. July 23, 2002: Israel drops one-ton bomb on house of Hamas leader Salah Shehadeh in Gaza, killing him and 14 others. Aug. 21, 2003: Hamas leader Ismail Shanab killed in Israeli airstrike. August-September 2003: 39 killed in three Hamas suicide bombings. Sept. 6, 2003: Yassin slightly wounded in Israeli bombing in Gaza. March 14, 2004: Two bombers, one from Hamas, kill 10 at Ashdod port. March 22, 2004: Yassin killed in Israeli airstrike in Gaza City.
  12. dammit Koop, I was wrong again, you always seem to be more up on the hard facts than me. Sounds like McClellan needs to get his facts together.
  13. Its funny how the liberals can use race on Martin Luther King day to try to gain political advantage....... Hillary Clinton on MLK day Mayor Nagin The White House's response to Al Gore's speech yesterday..... http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/01/17/...in1213941.shtml Mayor Nagin apoligized today for his remarks. He must be smoking crack with all of the inappropiate statements he has made as of lately. As far as the ACLU law suits, why haven't they filed one about the Echelon program?
  14. Well I have been in bed for a week now with Pneumonia, it sucks. I feel better today but I really wanna go try out my new bodyboard. The surf is big today and tomorrow we are supposed to see some 10-footers. I am pissed, because all I can do is listen to the waves breaking. :reallymad:

  20. Thanks method, I have been having trouble finding a good scanner. I had previously tried a trial version of Spyware doctor it doesnt let you remove anything it only scans and leaves you hanging. I like the interface and the tools in the software so I may just break down and buy it. Also thanks for the reference to Major Geeks, I totally forgot about that site....
  21. How did this guy pull this off without anyone noticing? Didnt he use any shaving cream? You would think it would draw some attention.
  22. I saw it last night....I thought O'Reilly was gonna throw some haymakers before it was over. :fight: :fight: :fight:
  23. Hey all I am searching for a good trojan scanner preferrably a freeware program. Sygate used to have one online but Symantec bought them last november and discontinued support of the personal firewalls. My problem is that I keep getting slowdowns and odd messages popping up here and there. I have run AVG, Spybot and Adaware but they havent picked up anything. Also went to GRC and scanned all of my ports but didnt find anything odd, still in stealth mode. Thanks MX
