Kendrick Lamar's Record Label Responds To Drake Verse?

Drake's verse on Future's  "S--t (remix)" has a lot of people talking. With lines like "I hear you talk about your city like you run that/And I brought my tour to your city, you my son there n----a," many felt that Drake was throwing shots at Kendrick. Now, Kendrick's colleagues at Top Dawg Entertainment seem to be reacting.

HipHopDX shares that the record label, home to Kendrick, SZA and Black Hippy, are not impressed by Drake's rants. "If this is the best s--t n----s got... I feel sorry 4 em...lmao #TDE," said Top Dawg, the CEO of the label.

"Hahahahah. That's it? Really?" added Punch. Of course, these tweets (like Drake's verse) are subliminal but the timing seems obvious.

This all stems from Kendrick's incendiary verse on Big Sean's "Control" and his subsequent performance on the 2013 BET Hip-Hop Awards. "Yeah, and nothing's been the same since they dropped 'Control'/ And tucked a sensitive rapper back in his pajama clothes/ Haha, jokes on you, high-five, I'm bulletproof," Kendrick spit on the awards show.
