“Imma be your warrior, Imma make sure you’re safe with me.”

Although his album X was pushed back from its initial July 16 release date, Chris Brown is giving Team Breezy something else to look forward to. Last night, the “Love More” singer debuted a new track on his Chris Brown Channel called “Go to War For Ya.”

The video features a shirtless Breezy smoking in the kitchen while the previously recorded track flows in the background. The smooth R&B record is definitely something that both the ladies and fellas can bump to. Breezy talks about making love to his girl and being the warrior who keeps her safe. He even hits us with a rap verse to top it all off.

“I’m just a little n---- from a small town. I try to keep a small circle but these f--- n---- always try to come around,” Breezy rhymes over the 90’s summer time beat. Hopefully this new joint makes the cut for X. Chris Brown’s album is due August 20.

That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
