Jay-Z And Beyonce Ride Jet Skis In St. Barts

Far from the hard knock life, the Carters are still biding their time in the Eastern Caribbean, on the coast of the tiny French island St. Barts. Whether they're lounging on the beach drinking from coconuts, or smiling on jet skis, the couple seems to be enjoying their quality time together and with Blue Ivy

It seems that Jay and Bey's baby girl had to sit yesterday’s festivities out, since they spent most of it in the water. Beyonce posed playfully for the cameras holding up her braided ponytail on her jet ski next to Jay on his own,  and the twosome carried on with their day not bothered by onlookers. Later on, they posed for their own cameras on the side of the road, while their body guard Julius took some photos of the brightly dressed pair.

This vacation is well-deserved considering the amount of work that the superstar couple usually puts in. From the release of Beyonce’s new website and Tumblr account last week (maybe their roadside photos will pop up!), to adjusting to their new role as parents, they could probably use a break. You never know where Jay and Bey will pop up, but we know for sure that Beyonce will hit Atlantic City, New Jersey over Memorial Day Weekend for a set of shows.

You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
