Rumors of a mini Snooki have been floating around for a few days now, but the "Jersey Shore" star (real name Nicole Polizzi) has finally confirmed that she is pregnant. Her co-star DJ Pauly D, who recently signed to 50 Cent's G-Note imprint, has come out to send public congratulations to Snooks.

"Crazy! I'm real excited," Pauly told MTV News about his pal's impending motherhood. "You want to know why? I love babies! I love everything about them, when they're not yours. So I'll take care of it, spoil it and then when it's crying, give it back to Snooki."

t seems that Pauly isn't the only one excited by the "Shore" crew's first baby; the mama-to-be is also pretty stoked. "She's excited," he shared about Snooki. "She loves it. She's always wanted kids. I want to be at the delivery room."

While the baby's daddy is most definitely Jionni, Pauly laughed that Snooki's fling with Vinny had him worrying he might be a dad in the near future. "He's counting the months," Pauly joked about Vinny doing the conception math. "At first he was, but then he's like, 'It's no way in the world, it's no way. It's gotta be Jionni's. It's gotta be.' Aw, man, congratulations Vinny!" Pauly laughed.

All jokes aside, Snooki's next chapter is also being embraced by the entire MTV family, as she not only wraps up this season of "Jersey Shore," but also begins her spin-off with best girlfriend JWoww. "We wish Nicole a healthy and happy pregnancy and congratulate her on her engagement," an MTV rep said in a statement. "We support her as she starts this new chapter of her life."

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
