Although Kim Kardashian enjoyed dressing up for the holiday (see above) Kris Humphries will never look at Halloween the same way after dealing with this nightmare. Today news broke that Kim Kardashian has officially filed for divorce from the professional basketball player after a mere 72 days of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The former couple spent an estimated $10 million on their “fairytale” wedding, which was televised as a two-night special event on the E! network and they earned another $17.9 million in profits from the ceremony. Oddly enough, Humphries is the only one who seems to be genuinely surprised by the news, saying in a statement, “I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce.” Members of the hip-hop community were quick to react to the divorce. Take a look at some of the tweets below.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
