Michael Lohan[/b] was released from jail moments ago in Florida -- after allegedly bruising up his GF [b]Kate Major[/b] in a domestic dispute Tuesday -- but Lindsay's dad insists, "I did not lay a hand on her."

TMZ [url="http://www.tmz.com/2011/10/25/michael-lohans-ex-girlfriend-kate-major-domestic-abuse-arrested-jail-bruise-photos/"][b]posted the pictures[/b][/url] yesterday ... showing what Major claims are bruises inflicted by Michael during the incident -- when Michael allegedly flipped on her for [url="http://www.tmz.com/2011/10/25/michael-lohan-oral-sex-kate-major-domestic-violence-arrest/"][b]refusing to perform oral sex[/b][/url] on him.

Michael was arrested and charged with domestic violence -- and [url="http://www.tmz.com/2011/10/26/michael-lohan-dina-served-jail/"][b]as we previously reported[/b][/url], [b]Dina Lohan[/b] made matters worse for him while he was in jail ... serving MiLo with legal docs demanding child support.
