Over 1million clubbers have attended the club since its opening in 2008 and with a string of awards under its belt, including Best Bar None Gatecrasher continues to put Nottingham firmly on the map in terms of entertainment.

Celebrating 3 years at the forefront of the clubbing scene Gatecrasher Nottingham's 3rd birthday celebrations kick off on Saturday 24th September with some of the hottest acts on the planet right now. Headlining Part 1 of the celebrations we see the return of one of Holland's hottest exports and grammy award winning artist; AFROJACK. Having sold out shows in Birmingham & Leeds last year, this chart topping artist and the most in demand DJ of the moment; known the world over for his relentless Dutch sound will make his debut a the Nottingham venue on Saturday 24th September.

Joined by up-and-coming artist Jaz von D. Jaz von D was born in 1991, so with his 20 years of age he’s one of the youngest talents in the Dutch House scene at the moment. Although Jaz von D is young, his uplifting House sounds incredibly mature. This year Jaz von D released several tracks on labels like MixMash Records, Bald & Hairy Cutz and Revealed Recordings. Overall, Jaz von D is an exceptional talent. A DJ with a true passion for House music!

Gatecrasher Nottingham has brought glamour and decadence to Nottingham by boosting the city’s reputation for entertainment and improving its economy. Gatecrasher Nottingham has already attracted a high-profile party crowd from across the UK, playing host to DJs such as Paul van Dyk, Eddie Halliwell, 2manydjs, Sasha & many more.

Gatecrasher’s relentless dedication to world class standards continues. The club is also to improve service by adding new bars, upgrading the roof terrace and adding more toilets.

Since it launched, the club has played host to specialist music events and top flight global DJ’s and brands. Last month Gatecrasher launched the festival of Ibiza season, bringing in Ibiza's wildest performers and dancers dirrom the white isle. Simon Raine MD of Gatecrasher commented;

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
