Welcome to Shiva's Wig and Mask Ball - the first of a two part White House special in April. Shiva's Halloween at the White House brought out the best in our clubbers. Clapham was awash with devils, ghouls and ghosts galore. But this is all about mask-wearing, cross-dressing, wigging out and getting a freak on! Dress for success. Dress to impress. Memories of smiley faces, warehouse raves, the acid house explosion, an underground revolution and the voice of a new generation.
