NEXT LOCKOUT SHOW IS ON 11TH JUNE 08.

Showcasing 6 of the best next new music talents at the point of breaking into the U.K mainstream music scene.

Held at Dingwalls in Camden, also known as Lock 17.

Doors open at 7pm and show starts at 8pm. You can also get food and drink at the venue. Strictly over 18s.

Grand Avenue - this Danish 4 piece are making huge waves throughout both the UK and USA. Signed to EMI in their native homeland, these guys occupy the international guest spot for the newest Lockout. Their new album ‘The Outside’ is available now.

Jamie Scott – this 19 year old, self taught guitarist will be taking to the stage in the Lockout’s special guest slot. Normally found performing with his band The Town, Jamie has just come off tour supporting none other that past American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson. Their debut album ‘Park Bench Theories’ is out now.

Mamas Gun – a familiar face to Lockout proceedings, Mamas Gun return with a lot of good news to tell. Their debut download only single ‘Pots Of Gold’ will be available to buy from the June 9th on indiestore.com with their debut album hitting the shelves come the autumn. The funky five-some will also be supporting Craig David on his UK tour in June as well as flying out to the Middle East to play a few shows with legends De La Soul.

Louis Eliot - Louis is the former main man of late nineties britpop romantics Rialto. Back then the band enjoyed three UK top 40 hits and toured extensively throughout Europe as well as in the US ,Russia and South East Asia , where they achieved double platinum album sales. His individual rural sound with its mix of country, folk and an unshakeable pop saw Loius support the likes of Miles Hunt of The Wonder Stuff, Damien Dempsey and Sinead O'Connor.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
