The annual update to the NBA 2K series has been released by 2K Sports, which means it is time for us to start playing MyLeague simulations. Thankfully, NBA 2K22 was released last week to help basketball fans pass the time.

What could be a better substitute for real hoops than virtual hoops, you might ask? The Hornets MyLeague sim began just after the NBA's hiatus and ran through the end of the virtual 2020-21 season, leaving off although this article will be formatted in a similar manner as the previous ones, we will be using 2K22 instead of 2K20 and thus will have different rosters and player ratings than in the previous articles.

Basically, we're going to be playing a basketball videoNBA 2K21 MT on the computer, with the computer simulating actual gameplay and me pretending to be Mitch Kupchak and Adam Silver combined into a single individual.

When the 2021-22 season gets underway,
First and foremost, as we have all discussed, the Hornets must make a move to reduce their roster to the maximum of 15 players by opening night in order to compete in the Eastern Conference. Nick Richards, on the other hand, was released., Wes Iwundu, Cody Martin, or Jalen McDaniels, is the majority opinion.

Following that, we sketch out the rotation. Here's a look at the rotation map for the first few weeks of the season;

      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
