He's been in the game for two decades (and counting...) and his name can easily be positioned among the world's top dogs in house music. Danny Howells: DJ, producer, label owner but most of all an entertainer pur sang who still single-handedly raises the roof of clubs across the globe. His Dig Deeper imprint has been releasing some of Howells' finest work till date in which Howells redefines his musical vision. He's played in the world's coolest clubs and held residencies at places such as Arc, Ministry of Sound, Twilo, Renaissance, The End, and Bedrock, as well as his own Dig Deeper nights worldwide. With a back catalogue of well received mix albums under his belt, he has previously compiled acclaimed mixes for Global Underground, being the only DJ to contribute to not only the main series with his Miami album, but also the 24:7 and Nu-Breed Series. In addition to this, he also compiled a cd for Azuli's Choice series, as well as albums for Renaissance along with three volumes of his own Nocturnal Frequencies series.
The disco ball shines once again and the dancefloor sets for the legendary DJ/producer and entertainer on Thursday, November 29th. Listed Productions Naveen G will set the tone for what will be a proper musical journey at Cielo.

Ital Tek is 25 year old producer, DJ and label owner Alan Myson from Brighton. Since signing to the legendary Planet Mu label in 2007 with the hard industrial infused dubstep of “Blood Line EP” he has progressed to become a exciting and unique voice in the world of electronic music. Ital Tek has carved his own niche in the broad spectrum of bass music by creating evocative melody rich yet dancefloor friendly electronic music with references to classic Electronica, Hip Hop and Te
chno blended masterfully to create his own style of hard hitting and melodic bass music.
Via Planet Mu Myson has released numerous EPs and two full length albums, 2008’s Cyclical and 2010’s Midnight Colour to critical acclaim, with supporting DJ mixes on Mary Anne Hobbs’ BBC Radio 1 show. She also asked Ital Tek to write an exclusive track as the opener to her 2008 Evangeline compilation showcasing the best of the dubstep and bass music scene.
Ital Tek also owns his own label Atom River to further showcase his productions; the label has to date 5 releases with the track Spectrum Falls being chosen by techno legend Surgeon to appear on his Fabric53 album in the prestigious series of mixes.
Consistently in demand on the live circuit Ital Tek has toured across Europe, Russia, Japan and the USA along with numerous festival appearances including Bloc and Glade. The UK’s Guardian newspaper hailed his performance at Glade Festival as one of their highlights of the year.
With a return to Planet Mu in Dec 2011, Ital Tek released Gonga EP. It was a massive shift in sound, fusing Chicago footwork and juke influences with Myson’s characteristic melodic touches, creating a powerful mutant hybrid.
2012 will see Ital Tek further his progression and deliver his highly anticipated third album. -

Glasgow-based producer and DJ Gary Beck is regarded as one of the most prolific and inventive producers in the current electronic music scene. His music has reached many of techno's most respected labels including Adam Beyer's Drumcode, Len Faki's Figure, Nic Fancuilli's Saved Records, Speedy J's Electric Deluxe, and Sven Väth's Cocoon. People started to notice when techno pioneer Richie Hawtin's Minus label released 'Consumed'. It inspired and boosted the young producer to push even deeper down the production spectrum. Since then hits such as ”Say What” have been igniting dance floors across the globe on fire. From Tresor and Berghain in Berlin, Amsterdam's Awakenings, London's Ministry of Sound, Glasgow's Sub Club, Chicago's Smart Bar and Cielo in NYC, Gary Beck's return to the Big Apple is a techno affair you wouldn't want to miss!

Unfortunately I have been with out power until now and was unable to get this updated info out in real time... So for those that have not heard yet the following message was circulated this past week where it could be.

After some discussions over the past few days, Danny Krivit and I have decided that in light of the Hurricane Sandy Disaster it is better to postpone this coming Sunday's 718 Sessions 10th Anniversary Celebration to Sunday, November 18th. We just need a moment to breathe. We know many of you would try your best to make the party on Sunday but we think taking a moment to process what has happened in our city is the best thing right now...for us. Reaching out to friends, doing something to help...just checking up on someone feels right..NOW.
We have decided that a portion of the proceeds from the anniversary party on Sunday, November 18th will go to Sandy Relief efforts. So please check back on Facebook and please check your emails for our next update. Tell a friend that may not know if you can. We know that making calls and having an internet connection over the last few days has been challenging for many of us. If you are connected please spread the word. Again, the last thing we wanted to do was change the date of our anniversary party. We are truly sorry. We know many of us were looking forward to this. First up!
Objekt
TJ Hertz has become one of the most admired artists of the year under his moniker Objekt, after the release of his first white label in January; two delectable slabs of techno-infused dubstep – wild, gurgling progressive works that build and grow from the simplest sounds to points of unimaginable intensity. This was furthered with the arrival of Objekt #2, carrying “Unglued” and “CLK Recovery”. Where DJing fits in with his musical persona it’s not the end result of the urge to create; the other half of his life is as a software developer for Native Instruments. The technical know-how that comes from an inquisitive childhood, a degree in electronic engineering and working in that profession has gone some way to lighting the path towards music production. As well as the ecstatically received white label releases, the forthcoming Staircase EP by Call Super on Five Easy Pieces features an Objekt remix of “Timora”, and there’s a lot more to come…
