A dog in Thailand who came back to the same spot by the roadside every day for a year to wait for her owners to find her, was tragically killed by a vehicle there.

Locals who had begun feeding her after observing her behaviour, found her body by the roadside on Sunday, according to local papers.

The dog, which they named Loung, is estimated to be three-years-old, and is thought to have fallen off her owner's vehicle on the major highway connecting Bangkok and Cambodia.

So for a year, Loung waited by the spot she fell along Sukhumvit road in the Ban Nong Khon village, in Chanthaburi. Read more...

      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020."
