  1. The DJs behind WorldWideDJs.com are doing maybe what is rare in the scene, playing the top genres of music in one single place. Since the world of radio and djing came up to be an indispensable resources to spread music, most djs have taken side in one genre or two which most of the time falls under the same category. Let's say a dj spin house then they try expanding to techno or if one's play hip-hop then they expand in R&B. It may be because that dj has grown up to like or listen to only one specific genre, or possibly it's because of their background and the country they are from. There's only a few notable djs out there who can step behind two tables and keep a party or show going beyond playing the best way possible more than one genre that falls under the dance category, urban or simply other...some obvious name would be DJ Skribble and DJ Exacta but the list is short. Supposedly the #1 DJ in the world is number one in one category which is dance and pretty much unknown for anybody who don't follow dance music; what's even worse is that the magazine which is considered the highest rated for such ranking only rank and covers DJs in one category of music instead of a balance of all. There's a certain best DJ of the year award for Hip-Hop and it doesn't even cover half of America, let alone the world... simply djing and music is as divided as the world itself. And that's where WorldWideDJs.com, a crew of three DJs so far, take music entertainment further and hope to close this gap with their effort. WorldWideDJs is promoting what is called multi-genre DJs...someone who can spin professionally and flawlessly more than one type of music, although he/she can still have more expertise in one style over another. Take a trip to their website and get acquainted with the radio shows (that's the area of the site they concentrate more on pushing the multi-genres idea), the remixes and mixtapes. Instead of creating a Top 10 for each genre they spin, they collide the Top 10 in one with an audible preview so people can get to know what the songs are in case they never heard of them before. It's an idea and it seems possible...closing the dividing gap of music through djing. More multi-genres DJs are needed!! WorldWideDJs.com
