man i love the allman brothers i dunno what category to put them in i mean there considered a jamband but they sound nothing like phish or dave matthews but anyway i just got their new cd stand back the anthology while working at umvd and it is amazing. do y'all like the allman brothers?

i've been an allman brothers fan for quite a long time now, there a great seventies band. I just got their new anthology, "Stand Back" from someone here at UMG...its really good. It spans 35 years of their music career, and has two discs to it. Is anyone here an allman brothers fan or has picked up this cd yet? IF you are a fan and havent heard it yet, i really recommend it. i think you can listen to some of it at cdnow.com...if you want to listen to it or if you havent heard of allman brothers and want to hear their sound.
