I just downloaded the beta for Macs. The tabs are slightly different, but otherwise, this is the fastest browser I have ever used. And there are no glitches whatsoever - it's ready to rock.

i don't think Big Media has much of a case. If the Pirate Bay is guilty of being an accessory to violating copyright laws, so is every other search site on the web including Google.

The UK Telegraph reports that the "Four men behind Pirate Bay, a popular online file-sharing site, have gone on trial in Sweden, accused of breaking copyright laws by helping web users worldwide download protected music, films and computer games."
"Pirate Bay founders Gottfrid Svartholm Warg and Peter Sunde: They have argued that their activities are legal under Swedish copyright laws In the most high-profile anti-piracy case in recent years, the four have been charged with accessory to breaking copyright law."
