For their second release on Air Snare, Gunther and Stamina have explored
their progressive side, delivering us three fresh tracks that are bound
to be dance floor burners.
Punctus contra punctum, popping drums reverberating into an industrial space
punctuated by a dirty distorted snare, a journey into dark shivering loops
that are panning here and there.
31 rue Longchamp, a solid sophisticated dance floor track with a stomping
kick drum topped with sharp percussive sounds, mixed with a dub-delayed
rolling piano-driven melody, delivering an amazing groove.
Behind, straight-to-the point tune, an acid bass line layered over a powerful
kick drum right from start. Uplifting effects and loops passing like shooting stars,
topped with an altered chopped female voice loop.

High energy and infectious enthusiasm are some of the adjectives
that are synonymous with the name Arnold Misquitta fondly known as
Arnold from Mumbai (AFM) in the Global Dance Music Scene. Arnold
hails from Mumbai but is at home in almost every city in the country.
For that matter, his name is now a household one in the genre of
electronica not only in India but across continents.
Starting our musical journey “On a Tech Trip”, we get straight on a
hell of a drive! Groovy and percussive loops topped with a round and
smooth bassline, the perfect combination announcing the uplifting
leads building up into a techno climax. After this little ride, its time
for the serious stuff, and “Space Cadets” will blow your mind hooking
you up from the first beats. An anti-gravity experience maintained by
the fluidity of the loops where the drums keep on squeezing a mad
groove. Our final destination “Gaia” is a progressive anthem to the
mother earth, where birds and animals sing along the leads and the
kickdrum.

In the tradition of keeping up with consecutive quality releases
through 2011, Air Snare Records presents to you a spanking new
explosive EP from Germany this month. Meller (Marco Scherer and DJ
Mel) do not follow conventions of electronic dance music by fusing
hard rocking tribal trance with a bold progressive sound. This brash &
rude mixture (without any puristic boundaries or frontiers) makes the
Meller sound stand out easily from the lot.
Not For Hippies EP contains three tracks with modern post-trance
ideologies that would easily find its way into any progressive/techno
DJ's crate. The first track, 'Lemon Goa', is full of swirling synths &
tough beats that would set your dancing pants on fire. Next,
'Uppercut', is a trippy peak time banger with a yummy percussive
drop midway that would make the crowds erupt into a certain
spontaneous music behavior (doing just what the voice in the track
says). And finally, 'Poke', is a bouncy bongo-tronic workout
guaranteed to get any crowd jacking, indoors & outdoors.

Air Snare Records is back again with a fresh release, D-Sens, Oscillator EP.
Mat is an electronic music producer evolving across few projects and monikers; D-Sens being
his main solo project, consisting in a high-tech-glitchy sound. Having successfully released
a huge amount of soundtracks on highly respected labels such as Open records, Beef,
Pure Perception, Rococo, and many more.
The Original mix By D-Sens “Oscillator” is a techy anthem with a bouncy bass and crispy
sounds that is going to set dancefloors on fire for sure. It has these crystal clear sounds
shooting several hundred breaths per minute into the people’s heart at very small bits,
oscillating between madness and euphoria.
The remix by Kaa is a mental techno drive version. It has got rolling-pulse-loops,
topped with a hard punchy kick keeping the groove alive. Overall it’s a feeling of a
spaced-out ambience that will take the crowd to another level.
This EP is designed to set madness on the dancefloor and should stay in the dj’s secret weapon
stash bag for quite some time.

By an extremely international personality, Faroukh Hasham aka MiniTech Project who's exploring
his more maximal side with his latest three awaited bouncy, techno, groovy tunes with a focus
on minimal elements along with hard drive and buildups which drop like a bomb of bliss on the
dance floor.
The title track Higher (Original Mix) stays true to it’s name lifting you higher, with a rich
progressive bass combined with a tough techy drive on the drums topped off with a lingering
sample to get you in the zone. On Remix duty of the title track is Rotterdam’s Julian Laforce who
brings a more controlled techno take on the original. The third track Ozone layer is a banging
journey through its layered electronic elements. MiniTech Project is Faroukh Hasham, born in
London, England; spent his childhood between New York and New Jersey (US) but it was
eventually in Mumbai and Goa (India) where the emerging scene caught his attention and his
calling came to underground electronic music in the late 90’s through the DJ decks. With a
production base currently setup in Amsterdam, he is truly a world influenced artist.
With a few acclaimed releases under his belt already, we are happy to present the first

Gunther is a heavy weight underground artist from Lebanon delivering here his vision of techno and minimal through this STATIC EP on Air Snare records. Famous for his global sound, being able to satisfy any crowd through his mood swinging 8 hours long extended solo sets in which he flawlessly shifts in genres from House to Techno, from deep to dark to emotional to acid music; anything goes as long as the crowd hears Rock 'N Roll.
Liquid state is the track with this minimal touch that surrounds you with a bubbling, vaporizing, boiling sound, making you feel you are floating on cloud, but towards the end you find yourself swimming inside a cooking jar ready to explode, but yet still teasing.
As for Static, clearly it's a heavy, heads-down cut focused on rolling drums, topped with a straightforward techno bassline that will shake any dancefloor.
