Yeah I am. (Not on my own PC, Got an account on a server with about 10-11 other accounts)
Sorry about that.
If it says that the file is finished.. when it isn't (Downloading). Try clearing your cache and re-downloading.
I've been in talks with my hosters for ages about this. They consistently tell me it's not their end, something to do with something else.
It only seems to happen with 56k connections though.. which is really weird.
