JOSEPH CAPRIATI (Extended Set)
+ Michael Vieira

Dance.Here.Now. launches our long-awaited, immensely hyped fall event series on a momentous note, as we welcome Italian Drumcode superstar Joseph Capriati to our ongoing Thursday night partnership with New York City’s most hallowed nightclub, Cielo. The masterful techno icon will engulf the club’s intimate space from wall-to-wall with his pervasive collection of elegantly abstract yet forceful minimal sounds. His return to New York on Thursday, October 3rd marks a significant destination on a worldwide fall tour, after a series of weekly appearances at Marco Carola’s renowned Music On night at Amnesia Ibiza. His song catalog is guaranteed to be brimming with exclusive, unreleased tracks as he gears up to release a full-length album on Drumcode in the near future. Make sure to be in attendance for this glorious night beneath the Cielo disco ball, as it rotates to the heavy bass-laden grooves of 100% pure Italian techno. Cielo's own Michael Vieira will set the tone for the night on the early side.

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
