NEW YORK, Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Destiny's Child, the world's best- selling female pop vocal group, is back after a three-year hiatus with Destiny Fulfilled, slated to hit stores on Tuesday, November 16.

One of this year's most hotly-anticipated new releases, Destiny Fulfilled is the Grammy-winning trio's first full-length album since 2001's #1 smash Survivor (which has sold more than 10 million copies worldwide) and the best- selling seasonal collection 8 Days Of Christmas.

"Lose My Breath," the first focus track from Destiny Fulfilled, is already a Top 5 record on the Billboard Hot 100.

Columbia Records/Sony Urban Music/Music World Music Moves Street Date of New Destiny's Child Album, Destiny Fulfilled, up to Monday, November 15

Overwhelming Consumer Demand, Leaks To Internet, & CD Piracy Cited As Reasons For Rush Release

NEW YORK, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Columbia Records/Sony Urban Music/Music World Music will move the release date of Destiny Fulfilled, the first new album in three years from Destiny's Child, the world's best-selling female pop vocal group, up to Monday, November 15, one day earlier than the album's original release date of Tuesday, November 16.

Advance word on Destiny Fulfilled has created the potential for internet leaks and "burned" CD counterfeits to lead consumers to experience inferior and incomplete versions of the album. In response to overwhelming consumer demand for the album, Destiny's Child and Columbia/Sony Urban Music have decided to break with the music industry's traditional Tuesday release practice and get Destiny Fulfilled into stores as soon as possible.

One of this year's most hotly-anticipated new releases, Destiny Fulfilled is the Grammy-winning trio's first full-length album since 2001's #1 smash Survivor (which has sold more than 10 million copies worldwide).

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next.
