He's Got A Wild Side

Recommended Posts

Honey, I know you've been out a few times
And you're starting to fall for him
I see that glow up on your face
But you've only seen a part of him

I've known him since we were in school
And he was wild even back then
I'll tell you now, you're on thin ice
Don't give your heart when you don't know him

He's Got A Wild Side
He'll take your love and break you down
He'll mess around when you're away
I'm telling you now, he's bad news

He's Got A Wild Side
He's been in trouble with the law
Been busted twice for cocaine
You'll soon find he's got a short fuse

Honey, we've been friends for a long time
You know I'd never steer you wrong
Find someone else who'll treat you right
A man whose love is tender and strong

He's Got A Wild Side
He'll take your love and break you down
He'll mess around when you're away
I'm telling you now, he's bad news
He's Got A Wild Side
He's been in trouble with the law
Been busted twice for cocaine
You'll soon find he's got a short fuse

He was arrested for stalking some girl
Hang on and find the one you deserve

Chorus

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
