We'll hit the Denver Airport running
Pick up our rented car
Drive to Colorado Springs
It's not that far

We'll see the Garden of the Gods
Check out some dinosaurs
Vertical sandstone beds
Camptosaurus

It's 9 miles to Manitou Springs
Got tickets for the Cog Railway
A 14 thousand feet ride
Beautiful day

We love the great state of Colorado
Breathtaking mountains all our own
Katharine Lee Bates on our minds

America the Beautiful is a must

For fiscal waves of gain
