VOICES tickets now available!

Tickets for the much awaited concert by VOICES - this year entitled VOICES XTRAORDINAIRE - which will be held over 10 nights between 6 - 17 October 2004 at the Mediterranean Conference Centre, Valletta will be on sale as of Wednesday 15th September. The new repertoire consists of popular songs of a variety of musical styles, performed by a 200-strong choir and band.

VOICES is completely non-profit making and all proceeds are in aid of charity.

Booking is open from the Mediterranean Conference Centre, Valletta from Wednesday 15 September. Booking office opening times are:

Daily: 10am - 1pm and 5pm - 7pm, except Saturdays (10am - 1pm only) and Sundays/public holidays (closed).

Tickets available at Lm5 (balcony), Lm6.50 (stalls) and Lm7.50 (Dress Circle). No telephone bookings are being accepted, yet email bookings may be made by sending an email to: [email protected]

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
