I can't think of it and I can't find it, but do we have a place for stuff like religious (christian in particular) music? I don't want to favor a particular belief, but I know Christian music has a pretty solid following.

I think funk goes with R & B and Urban. I think Christian Rock goes under rock, which could have its own forum in the new site redesign

After weeks of having it on my mind... I want to know what the rest of the site thinks of adding 2 sub-forums under "urban" or "member's music" with one for "Freestyle text battles" and another for "Audio Battles" or some combination. I think hosting the Audio might be heavy on us, but I think we could suggest users interested in the audio go to a site like SOUNDCLICK and doing their stuff there and posting a link or something. I dunno, I'm just brainstorming here.

How about expanding Music Downloads to include the Audio stuff?

I think it sounds cool. We've had a lot of people show up that make tunes lately, it wouldn't hurt to show case their talents and give them somewhere to rumble.

i say have a religious music forum and i think having a text battle forum is a good idea.i have done some text battlin and would probally do some here,if you need a mod for the battle forum let me know i would be glad to do it.

For now it would be lumped together under Rock. We may be able to accomodate it more fully when the site redesign is completed. But in the meanwhile, post away in that genre, so it becomes more a priority
