I'm talking with Stephanie Waryn about recording "Live My Dreams." She will move to Nashville after graduating from college in May.

I grew up in the wrong part of town
Ain't nobody gonna keep me down
Mamma worked hard, she gave me a life
Raised me above the trouble and strife
My values are sound, I'm a country girl
I'm looking for my niche in this world
I'm looking for love, I'm looking for a man
I want somebody who understands

I'm gonna Live My Dreams
They're gonna carry me
Live My Dreams
Taking me where I wanna be
I'm gonna Live My Dreams
They're gonna keep me alive
Live My Dreams
And I'll survive

Well, I'm broke but the money's gonna come
I'll have it all before I'm done
I'll have a home and a family
You can write my biography
I'll be happy, I'll find success
When opportunity knocks, my answer is, "Yes!"
I'll turn my dreams into plans
I'll make a woman's stand

I'm gonna Live My Dreams
They're gonna carry me
Live My Dreams
Taking me where I wanna be
I'm gonna Live My Dreams
They're gonna keep me alive
Live My Dreams
And I'll survive

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
