Quite an achievement for a non English speaker

And I somehow manage to resist another dig at the Yanks :P

Congrats Method!

By my reckoning it would take me roughly 29 yrs to manage a similar feat if I continue to post at the rate I am currently.

That's a hell-of-a-lot, when you look at it like that

and Stuzb, unless I missed the point, Umma is Irish

I knew of Umma's whereabouts, I was merely suggesting that the American contigent on this board also post a lot, and being deliberately provocative I was suggesting that it must be hard for them to post a lot (being non-English speakers also ;) )

For those that know (of) her, I always remark something similar to Slum Goddess and her other-half - I don't mean anything personally, as I say, I'm being deliberately provocotive, though on a board mostly occupied by our American cousins (and let's face it, where isn't in this day and age? ), it may not be the brightest thing I've ever done.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
