Directions:
Getting to Governors Beach Club is just a quick, 5-minute boat ride away. Ferries run from the Battery Maritime Building located at 10 South Street, adjacent to the Staten Island Ferry in lower Manhattan. Ferries run Every 15 minutes beginning at 12pm.

The Venue:
A 176-acre former military outpost, off-limits to the public for 200 years. Smack between Wall Street and Brooklyn, Governor’s Island is a landmark, a national park, and uncharted territory for electronic music and its fans. The massive space is the focus of a slew of development initiatives, including ones to bring art and music to its shores.

To put any rumors to rest The Black & White Festival will go on as planned.

Here is the REAL scoop with BLACK & WHITE Festival. The original brand owners from Cali Colombia have created this press release for everyone to be aware of the situation. Unfortunately the producers that represented this brand in the past didn't go about it the right way. PLEASE SHARE THIS SO THAT EVERYONE IN NYC KNOWS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED!

      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
