Hey Shawn and DudeAsInCool

I heard about Matt Dusk while interning at Universal. This guy has an amazing voice and a great style. You can always google him if his site isn't opening up, which is a surprise to me, but use: Matt Dusk and you can get more info on him.

He's also doing renditions of the Beatles "Please Please Me" and Bono's Sinatra tribute song, "Two Shots." Check him out and let me know what you think

hey all, I found some of his bio, photos, and video on artistdirect.com. He's from Canada, and he's been singing since he was a wee lad. I also signed up to be a member of the matt dusk street team at http://www.ufanz.com/teams/mattdusk

If you complete tasks and do other stuff, you can get autographed gear, or get a phone call from him! The site also has updates for what he's doing too. I suggest you guys check it out!!! :righteousdude:

Matt Dusk is actually performing tonight at the Broadway Theatre a few blocks away for the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival. It's about 10 days long and features @ 120 performances both free and paid.

Dusk has also recently been picked up for the new show Casino. You can read quite a bit more about that here.

Check this out:

"U2's Bono and The Edge wrote the song ("Two Shots")for music legend Frank Sinatra, who died before he got a chance to record it.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
