Rihanna Attends Rick Ross Show At Hammerstein Ballroom

Where was Rihanna spotted this time? The pop star spent some time in New York City this week, and she was photographed while leaving her Manhattan hotel on Tuesday night dressed in black leggings, a ripped up denim jacket, black Louboutin’s, and a Trapstar beanie. RiRi, known for her off-the-wall style, was photographed by paparazzi while greeting her fans before heading to Emilio’s Ballato restaurant. Later on in the night, she was posed for pictures with fans while supporting Rick Ross and Maybach Music Group at their Hammerstein Ballroom show.

Earlier this week Rihanna tweeted a topless photo of herself—covering the important parts of course—while on the set of her video for the single “Where Have You Been,” which is produced by Calvin Harris and Dr. Luke.

And let’s not forget about the recent collaborations on “Birthday Cake (Remix)” and “Turn Up The Music (Remix)” with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, which sparked a lot of controversy for the both of them. R&B singer and songwriter The-Dream, who co-produced the track, confirmed to “RapFix” that the collaborations were actually Rihanna’s idea and that he supported her choice.

      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
