After getting heated at his club Compound event on Saturday night in ATL during BET Hip-Hop Awards weekend, Diddy issued an apology on Tuesday (October 4) for his actions.

"I'm a child God and I should be better no matter what somone [sic] says to me," Diddy tweeted. "I'm sorry for the ignorant way I represented myself and us … To all my childen [sic] of God ... I have backslid and regressed. Forgive me for my ignorance. Pray for me pls. I know better and I am better."

Video of the throwdown showed Diddy calling someone in the club out for promoting a non-Ciroc brand of vodka – Diddy has a deal with Ciroc. Fresh out of lockup, T.I. reportedly played peacemaker and stepped in to calm the situation down.

"Imma tell you like this, you will not f--k my 100 mil up for nothing up in this muthaf--ka" Tip told the audience. "I don't give a f--k what goes on with none of that f--k sh--. I'll get the f--k up out this bi--h and let ya'll have it. Got damnit, I done did enough time. Puff, you got too much muthaf--kin money for this s--t. Let them muthafu--as drink what the f--k they want to drink."

Clearly upset with himself, Diddy's apology continued, with the music mogul adding, "I have a responsibility that I promise I will live up to. And I'm more disappointed in myself than you know. I will humble myself and learn … Bottom line is I'm sorry to all! Pls find it in your heart to accept my apology. I will do better and be Greater and a source of positivity!"

Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
