yeah I'd like to hear them sometime... especially if you say they arent crap ... I know you have good taste :D

Thank you, Umma, for this great compliment!

And... oh, what a coincidence... I have an album online: The Spirit Of Autumn Past. There's some traditional folk into it too.

It's in 'my rips' folder, you'll find it :)

Mostly Autumn - the Spirit of Autumn Past

I have to eat my words here.... they most definitely are NOT crap !!

Their sound is unique I would say with a range of influences apparent... I can hear where they get the Pink floyd idea... though it's probably more of a David Gilmour influence than Pink Floyd... largely on vocals and guitar work.... and maybe a hint of Mike Oldfield (the vocals on Evergreen makes me think of Maggie Reilly).... some Jethro Tull moments... Queensryche.... even hints of Black Sabbath and the Pogues here and there... I can hear a whole hoard of bands coming out of this music...

BUT....

I do feel that although other bands have been obvious influences in their music, what they have produced is altogether their own....

My neighbours have been forced to listen to it too !

Another winning recommendation from liesabath !!! :dancin:

:good job:

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
