Its a fact that money is the root of evil
Printed "in god we trust" on the green
Greed is what enslaved the people
I see it all so clear now
The shit the govt is hidin
Brings the end to most 9 to 5 careers now
That's why the younger ones drinkin beer now
No chance for a higher learnin
So they take a chance n hussle
To help their family with their earning
Its so fucked how the govt left us so fucked
Gotta pulla burner ta eat dinner ain't that concerning
I guess not, considering u don't make the pain stop
You just watch, as we hunt eachother for a watch
So we can pawn it, use the cash to keep the lights on'n
Maybe the heat so we don't freeze by the mornin
When in the lower class no chance to see the sun
Only mothers mournin, cause they son got lost when it started stormin
N you just stroll in, in chains n suits
N you think we won't start the shootin
You got what we want so we takin it no matter what
Like thievin, robbin, shootin stabbin n lootin
