The Hoxton Whores are Britain’s electronic-musical equivalent to the Union Jack. Having toured extensively through the UK, Europe and far corners beyond, they boast an energetic, positive and responsive progressive dance sound, which has seen them collaborate and remix an A-Z of the world’s best working with the likes of Deep Dish, Robbie Rivera, Faithless, Moloko, Danny Howells and Leftfield & many more. Over the past decade they’ve owned the Beatport charts and embarked on a round trip to stamp the world with their WhoreHouse sound rocking dancefloors worldwide with their consistent and massive studio output.

2011 is showing to be one of the Hoxtons biggest and busiest years yet with the re-launch of their WhoreHouse Label featuring new original material with Robbie Rivera and Bass Kleph and a string of high profile releases to match. We are pleased to get such a high profile house duo down to the ES turntables as yet again we strive to produce the most diverse and innovative line ups in London!

We have hand picked the very best up and coming DJs around to join the Hoxton Whores. LeoLife, Lloyd Moore and Elearto are 3 real talents in the making and they will be joined by Reme-d, Smokin Ace + Dan on Bongos making there debuts on the boat for us. Expect some really good uplifting house music!! Chris Brogan is a DJ that has been on the circuit a while now and has performed for us more than capably on both the boat and at Ministry. The same can be said of HangTheDJ & Adam Pique who did a fantastic warm up set for us at the back end of last year and really set the tone for the night. Mark Masters from Flawless will be our special guest downstairs and he will be pumping out the finest in house and tech after doing it so finely at Maisonn for us.

Completing the line up we have 4 regulars in the shape of residents The Persuaders and Matt Weeks as well as Baratone and ES fave Digital Liquid, who always get the crowd rocking!

Don’t miss this special occasion with House Faves HOXTON WHORES!

Get your ticket now as every party for the past 5 years has now sold out!

A bit about Leolife before they play on the ES Boat Party...

Leolife have had a great start to 2011 with their debut E.P out Infra Progressive end of February. All three tracks received support from all over by Armin van Buuren, M.I.K.E, Dash Berlin, Myon & Shane54, Jon O'Bir and many more. Leolife have been working hard in the studio with a big vocal track in the pipeline and other big room tracks all due out later in the year! Expect some cool, chunky, big room progressive trance sounds on the boat from the duo.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
