Five years on, and over 100 parties in the bag, we never really thought we would get this far down the line, but things are going from strength to strength for ElectronicSessions and long may it continue! From the early days and the first parties at Deep Blue (SeOne), to Hidden in Vauxhall, Corsica Studios to Ministry of Sound, ES has always brought you forward thinking line-ups, with countless London and UK debuts for artists that are now flourishing in the top 100. The boat parties have been a real pleasure to promote for, with every single one over the last 5 years selling out in advance.

For our fifth birthday we have managed to secure a real legend to grace the decks in Prog master Dave Seaman
http://www.djdeaveseaman.com

This is one of our most exciting bookings to date and to get someone of Dave's stature and calibre on board is a real honour.

We have hand picked the very best up and coming DJs around to join Dave. Scotty A & Jumbyand Nick Bowman are 3 real talents in the making and they will be joined by Quanta and Altobelli and our resident Jez Eyre alongside up and coming Kent DJ Olly Holmes.

The lower deck will be a mix of tech house, prog and electro and our resident Mark Myers will be joined down there with regular Robin Thurston and Tom Harwood who played at our first ever party 5 years ago. Completing the line up are midlanders Heads Up DJs and The Electro Saints.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
