a couple questions

i currently use spybot search and destroy but recently when its searching for stuff its running really slowly, even when nothing esle is running at the time.

Also wen using something like regedit, how do i kno which files are still used by other programs?

I know spybot is getting slower and slower by the version but I have no problem with that. It takes 4 minutes to finish.

I use regcleaner and I delete whatever is shown after the search and never had a problem

well i ran a registry clean thing with the jv16 pwoer tool program and its found about 2000 files that dont exist, useless file extension, useless empty key, obselete software entry, some are ignore because of certain words

without sounding like to much a dunst...it is safe to delete these..right?
