Hello,

Just wanted to find out what other new artists are getting traction right now...one of my favorite ones is Lady Gaga. I just saw a video of her performing an acoustic version of Poker Face and was really impressed by her voice and style! Check out the Soundcheck performance here.

What do you think of that version? Also, what are some of your favorite new artists?

She has a really interesting sound that I haven't really heard before. Her lyrics are creative but I think her beats are even more creative. I'm not sure if you can take her to seriously because her lyrics are seriously comedic. I think that she is really good at not taking herself to seriously and I think that is why she has gained so much fame so quickly.

Right now,I'm trying to fightthe loneliness and boredom that I've been experiencing lately, and I've find it hard to cope up with it lately, and so I shifted myself to listen cool sounds every 5 hours, if possible. Anyways, it really helps me. I've been revived by it. And it's my therapeutic tool.

Anyways, to stop all that that crap..LOL.. Right now I'm into songs of Pitbull the one which is Calle Ocho..And Rihanna's Hatin' On the Club..

Yeah, Lady Gaga is really a good singer. And to think she has this unique personality and styles. Love her songs, and specially the new ones, the Paparazzi, Disco Stick, and Just dance..

Wonder' what would be the next hit to hit the town. She has brought uniqueness to the music world.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
