QUESTION Need Help!!!

I heard a blues song the other day and really want to find out who it was. It was an older african american blues or jazz singer. He had a real deep voice, I believe they said it was 7th or 8th cd or he was making a new one. It was a real chill song like he was whispering....I recall one of the lyrics being about what happened, or why are things changing but I cannot think of any of the lyrics. I just know he had a real deep quite voice. I know this probably doesnt help much but can SOMEONE please give me suggestions on who it may be.

Jeremy, we can probably figure it out if you give us a little bit more to go on. Can you remember a full line or two and what kind of instruments were used as backup?

Anyways, I will venture a guess - Al Green

Or Barry White. Tough guessing with so little.

If the song veered towards Jazz (not sure about lyrics), but it might be:

Jazzanova

Song: Little Bird Album: Of All the Things

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
