howdy beatkingers...it`s that time again...but there don`t seem to be many of you around the place...anyways...what are you all doing for the weekend? it`s stormy, windy and raining down here with more on the way....so i`m in a nice dry chair by the fire surfing the net for the next day or two...it could be worse...

I've been here posting some new music and old movies. Just kicking back having dinner and some red wine. I haven't a clue as to what I'm going to do this weekend, but I hope it's fun

just got back from a little ride to new york ... :) ... weather beautiful today, went for first long bike ride ... down mohawk trail ... really nice ride ...

down mohawk trail..that sounds great mate..theres`a lot of interest in off-road and trail push-biking and tramping down here..anything to do with getting out into the bush is popular in NZ and lots of kiwis ride them to work as well..good stuff..

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
