Yeah, I know ... it was yesterday. That's what happens when your celebrating :smoke17: Need I add the fact that it was 100 degrees in LA today? Doesn't make one very motivated, if you know what I mean :lol:

Which reminds me ... a friend of mine, the screenwriter Robert Roy Pool (Armageddon, Outbreak) has written an eloquent article on why marijuana and for that matter, all drugs, should be legalized. It's high time!

i don`t agree with the legalisation of all drugs but i do think that cannabis should be decriminalised and should be allowed to be grown by an adult for personal use...

If you legalized drugs, you would cut out the criminal/violent element

no.....even though i smoke cannabis recreationally....i believe that there are some substances that must be tightly controlled..

In some of the Blue States you can't buy liquor on Sundays. Legalization does not mean that there won't be any regulation.

      You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention. 
      But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
