desperately looking for title of song 60s-70s

I need help. I remember a song back from the late 60's or early 70's. I thought the title of the song was JUST LOSING YOU. I have tried looking for the song in the web but I just can't find it. I still remember some lines... perhaps someone can recognize the song but its lyrics

You are correct. The song title is "Just Losing You" by Smokey Robinson & The Miracles. It is track number 5 on their 1968 album "Special Occasion".

I like it when the searching party has ALL the info.

Wow, I went to this place called Google and typed in song + JUST LOSING YOU WOULD BE TOO MUCH TO BEAR, and wouldn't ya know it...it was the first thing that popped up. :)

I typed in "just losing you" into my hard drive search and then picked the match that had Smokey Robinson as the artist. It was in a folder titled with the album name and year. I wish I had a better copy.
