World's Fastest ....

The shooter is using a revolver which is a handicap in itself. He is using a speed loader to reload which makes it much faster than the average person trying to load 6 rounds into the cylinder. ....but, the old guy hits the target 6x, reloads, and hits the target 6x in just under 3 seconds with a revolver. Damn that is fast. It would take me about twice that long with a semi-auto, even longer with a revolver.

The reloader guy is using a semi-auto which is much easier to reload. I didn't pay attention to what model pistol he had but most of those guys use a Colt. The mag well has been modified and so forth to make it as easy and quick as possible to change mags. All professional shooters use similar techniques and modifications for competition shooting. Watch how smooth he is. It's not just how quick but how smooth. He is on target, changes the mag and is back on target in an instant in a very smooth and fluid motion. He has an excellent stance, grip and technique.

The girl was super fast at stacking the cups. She could be a fast reloader if she wanted.

Diana Ross - Mirror, Mirror (Remix/Mashup)

Video Mix by Glenn Rivera. Diana Ross returned in 1981 with an LP titled "Why Do Fools Fall In Love" featuring the track, "Mirror, Mirror". This song was a funky as Ross' earlier session with Chic producers Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards in 1980. The project was produced by Diana Ross and was a big part of the dance fusion of the early 80's and was co-written by Michael Sembello ("Maniac")

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. Firstly, the nonprofit Burning Man organization, known affectionately to insiders as the Borg, posted it after 5 p.m. PT Friday. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
