FIERCE ANGEL’S CELESTIAL CHRISTMAS PARTY

THE ISLAND, LONDON – DECEMBER 8th 2007

“Hark!” the herald angels sing, ‘tis the season to be jolly: that’s because Fierce Angel are planning their triumphant return to The Island, scene of their unforgettable first London party in October.

The delectable and expensively re-furbished Island will be dressed to perfection on Saturday December 8th, when DJs Mark Doyle, Matt Collins, Martin Wright and Craig James will be performing their own miracles from the DJ booth on high in the main room, while room two will reverberate to the sounds of the talented MiMo crew: Chris James, Aaron Ashley, Sam Cherry, Youngie, A-Morphous and the Mismatch DJs.

We invite you to join in the festivities by observing the white, silver and sparkles dress code – come along and see what special early Christmas presents Santa’s delivered for the Fierce Angel faithful too!

Fierce Angel has had a fabulously successful year, releasing best-selling compilations ‘Fierce Disco’ and their newest album ‘Digital Angel’, plus hitting number two in the dance charts with The Bassmonkeys single, not to mention running some of the most talked-about club nights in the UK and abroad. Tonight, you will be able to catch a glimpse of the hotly-anticipated brand new Fierce Angel artwork, not officially revealed until 2008.

It’s time to celebrate 2007 in true Fierce Angel style at one of London’s greatest new venues – so see you on the dancefloor!

But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
