Blue Lamp Depot Minimalist LED Corner Lamp in a living room.

TL;DR: As of Nov. 27, you can get the Lamp Depot Minimalist LED Corner Lamp for just $59.99 instead of $299.99 — that's an 80% discount.

There are all sorts of ways to decorate for the holidays, but most of them are a bit maximalist. If you’re going for an understated but festive look, you might want to try an LED lamp that takes up very little space but has a big impact.

The Lamp Depot Minimalist LED Corner Floor Lamp looks simple, but it lets you add a whole rainbow of color to your environment. Normally, one of these lamps would cost $149, but for one day only on Nov. 27, you could get it for just $59.99.

Add some color to your space

Change the mood of a room with the push of a button. This remote-operated lamp gives you 16 million+ color options along with 300+ multi-color effects. Adapt your lighting to your mood at the moment, or just use your lamp as a splash of color you didn’t have to paint. Don’t worry about the bulbs burning out. LEDs have a lifetime of about 50,000 hours, which is about five years of nonstop illumination.

The colors may be bright, but the lamp itself is a subtle accent that you can push right up to the wall. The weighted rubber bottom is slim enough to fit under or next to furniture, and it's designed to keep your lamp steady. All controls are accessible with the remote, and the 6.5-foot wall cord leaves plenty of room for maneuvering. Whether you want to create a calm, warmly-lit study nook or a festive backdrop for your holiday decor, this is a simple delight.

Save on a long-lasting LED lamp

It’s rare a single piece of furniture can change a room so completely. It’s the final day of Black Friday weekend and your last chance to get a doorbuster price on a Lamp Depot Minimalist LED Corner Lamp for only $59.99 (reg. $149), with no coupon needed. Sale ends on November 27 at 11:59 pm Pacific.

Prices subject to change.

    • Wait, Burning Man is going online-only? What does that even look like?
You could have been forgiven for missing the announcement that actual physical Burning Man has been canceled for this year, if not next. That, even in the COVID-19 era, is the traditional time to push out news when you don't want much media attention.
But secondly, you may have missed its cancellation because the Borg is being careful not to use the C-word. The announcement was neutrally titled "The Burning Man Multiverse in 2020." Even as it offers refunds to early ticket buyers, considers layoffs and other belt-tightening measures, and can't even commit to a physical event in 2021, the Borg is making lemonade by focusing on an online-only version of Black Rock City this coming August.    Read more...
