Save $60: As of Nov. 24, the Lenovo Chromebook 3 is on sale for $79 at Best Buy. That's a savings of 43%.

The winter lull is a great time to assess your accomplishments, plan for the next year, and upgrade any gadgets that will help you optimize your work or school setup. A dependable Chromebook can help you work, play, and study at a price that won't shock your bank account — especially if you're a parent.

As of Nov. 24., the Lenovo Chromebook 3 is on sale for just $79 at Best Buy. Normally sold for $139, Best Buy added a slew of Chromebooks to its Black Friday sale inventory just in time for the new semester. This particular deal is 43% off, or almost half the regular price you'd expect to pay on a regular day.

The Lenovo Chromebook 3 includes free virus protection and multiple apps that run seamlessly with Chrome OS. It includes 4 GB of RAM to help you do basic multitasking and 64GB of disk space. Additionally, it's powered by an Intel Celeron Processor and an Intel UHD Graphics 600 card. This allows gamers to look at high-resolution images without having to buy a separate graphics card.

While not the fanciest features, this is a great budget Chromebook for kids, teens, and many working adults. You'll be able to surf the web, take work or personal calls, and write all the emails you need. At such a low price, check this deal out while it lasts.
